Uzza and the ark of God

The following are brief comments from the reading of the 13th chapter of 1 Chronicles.

1 Chronicles 13:1–3

“Let us bring the ark of our God back to us, for we have not inquired at it since the days of Saul.”

Where had they left the ark? They had left it in “the fields of the woods.” Psalm 132:6.
